New Patient Intake

A comprehensive evaluation, detailed treatment plan, and time to answer all your questions. Prescriptions will be prescribed same day when clinically appropriate.

Detroit Integrated Care is actively credentialing with major insurance companies, and we will update this page as new plans are accepted. At this time, visits are available on a self-pay basis in addition to our current in-network option(s). For clients whose insurance plans we are not yet contracted with, we are happy to provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your coverage. Please note that out-of-network benefits vary by plan, and Medicaid plans typically do not reimburse for out-of-network services.

Focused check-ins to support your progress, adjust medications, and provide ongoing care.

At times, lab work or drug testing may be recommended as part of your care. We partner with local laboratories for these services, and any costs are handled directly between you and the lab. This arrangement allows clients to use their insurance coverage for lab services whenever available. This ensures full transparency and helps keep your care as affordable as possible.
